Divorce has a way of making even the most capable women question themselves. One minute you're managing a career, a family and a busy life; the next, you're lying awake at 2am Googling legal terms, catastrophising about your children and wondering how everything became so uncertain.
Chances are you've never done this before. Yet somehow you're expected to make huge decisions about your future whilst carrying one of the biggest emotional loads of your life. It's no wonder so many women feel overwhelmed, stuck or terrified of getting it wrong.
I know all this because I was once that woman.
When my own marriage ended, I found myself trying to navigate a world I didn't recognise. There were legal processes to understand, difficult decisions to make, children to protect and emotions that seemed to change by the hour. Like many women, I kept functioning on the outside whilst feeling completely overwhelmed underneath.
What I needed wasn't therapy. I needed someone who understood divorce, could help me make sense of what was happening, cut through the noise and support me to make good decisions when everything felt uncertain.
I couldn't find that support anywhere.
My divorce and everything that came with it stole 4.5 years of my life.
Once I understood how much time, energy, money and heartache the right support could have saved, I knew I wanted to help other women avoid making the same journey harder than it needed to be. That's why I created Neom Divorce Coaching.

The truth is, divorce isn't just a legal process. It's an emotional, practical and often deeply personal upheaval. That's why my work focuses on helping women navigate all of it, not just the paperwork, but the fear, uncertainty, guilt, overwhelm and self-doubt that come with it. Because getting divorced is hard enough without feeling like you have to figure it all out alone.
